Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.


Delayed & Lost Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, public holidays, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed to the carrier.

If your parcel is confirmed lost by Australia Post, please contact us via the contact us page and we will arrange a replacement for you.
